A recent U-S Supreme Court decision regarding campaign financing is the focus of this month’s Education Forum put on by Nevada County’s Democratic Central Committee. Cressman is also a former director of Common Cause and a 2014 candidate for California Secretary of State. Berger says Cressman is the architect behind voter instruction measures in four states, including California, demanding a constitutional amendment to overturn the ruling. That would require three-fourths of state legislatures to approve it and Congress to ratify it…
