City Council eyes ban on swimming in Hirschman’s Pond

The Nevada City City Council met Wednesday and heard from residents near the Hirschman’s Trail next to the Rood Center  about problems since the trail opened in the spring.

KNCO’s Ryan McCarthy was at the Council meeting and filed a special report report.
