Colfax – 31 Bear River 14

The Colfax Falcons celebrated senior night with a convincing win over the Bear River Bruins in a key Pioneer Valley League contest.  With the win, the Falcons improved to 2-1 in the PVL, and at 6-2 overall, probably clinched an at large bid for the playoffs.  The Bruins drop to 1-2 in the PVL and at 3-5 overall must win out and get help to make the playoffs.  Stephen Taylor scored two fourth quarter touchdown for the Bear River scoring.  Next games for the Bruins is at the Placer Hillmen next Friday night.
