Competency In Doubt For South Co Murder Suspect

Once again, an older Nevada County murder suspect’s mental competency has been called into question by his attorney. Meanwhile, 61-year-old Dennis Wallace is still awaiting placement in a psychiatic facility, regarding the stabbing deaths of his mother and stepfather last May.
