Conquer the Fear of Speaking

It is officially known as glossophobia- the fear of public speaking- and according to experts as much as 75% of  the population claim to have some form of the fear. To help Nevada County residents better understand the phobia, the five local chapters of Toastmasters are hosting a special presentation of “Speak” a documentary film about the fear of public speaking. Empire Toastmaster member, Ruth Schwartz, says the movie makes connections between normal people and World Champion speakers.
