Constitution Day Parade a Festive Event

The 47th annual Constitution Day Festivities in Nevada city drew a huge crowd over the weekend.   One group of about 60 protesters to military action in Syria exercised their 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech taking to the street during the Parade with signs and banners claiming No More Wars.  But the overwhelming feel of the Constitution Day Parade was positive. Families and friends lined Broad Street for a variety of fun reasons

The annual parade was success a long with all of the other activities associated with Constitution Day celebrations in Nevada City.
