Constitution Day Parade Sunday

Many communities have parades to commemorate various holidays, but very few are like Nevada City and celebrate Constitution Day. N-C-T-V General Manager Cheryl Noble says it’s the first time they’ve put the telecast on the internet. The theme of this year’s parade is ‘Freedom of the Press’, and KNCO’s Rita Stevens and other members of the media will be on one of the floats.
