Delays are usually in place between 7am and 3pm weekdays. Mohtes-Chan says both projects will take two construction seasons to complete. Also in Nevada County, one-way traffic controls are again in effect this week for prep work for a Highway 174 safety project between Grass Valley and Colfax.
