Council to Discuss Sierra Cinemas Rezoning

The Grass Valley City Council meets tonight, and one of the things they will be considering is a zoning change on Main Street that will affect Sierra Cinemas. Last says there are no immediate expansion plans. A public hearing will be held on the issue. Tonight’s meeting is at 7 o’clock at City Hall.
