County Approves Parking and Improvements for Condon Park

The Love Building in Condon Park is getting some remodeling to improve the facility for public use, and with that comes some much needed new parking spaces. Nevada County Supervisors today approved an agreement with the City of Grass Valley to allocate $54,450 from the County Recreation Mitigation Fund to construct a new parking lot with 13 spaces.
