County Gets Federal Help For Bridge Repair

They aren’t the most well-traveled roads in Nevada County, but three area bridges are getting much-needed overhauls. Work is now underway on two bridges near Garden Bar Road and one on McCourtney Road at Rock Creek, near Camp Far West. Work got underway yesterday, and the bridges are expected to remain open during most of the construction, with minor travel delays.
