Different cultures have different views on the topic of death and dying and how people can be cared for in the latter stages of life. An opportunity to learn about the Buddhist view on the subject is being offered at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, January 28.

Geshe Phelgya holds the highest Geshe Degree is a visiting Tibetan Monk from Gaden Shartse Monastery in the remote countryside of southern India.
The presentation is Tuesday January 28 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Outpatient Center Building 3 conference rooms. Doors open at 6 pm.
