“Cutter” Arrested for Domestic Violence and Vandalism

Grass Valley Police Officers responded to call reporting a man was cutting himself on North School St around 7:45 Thursday evening. Sgt Steve Johnson talks about what officers found when they arrived.

Officers then made contact with Pistella’s girlfriend inside the residence.

At that point Pistella and his girlfriend allegedly had a confrontation and she was able to take refuge in a bathroom.

Raymond Pistella was taken into custody for domestic violence and felony vandalism. He was treated for his injuries at SNMH and then booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
