Cypress Hill Accident

Grass Valley Police are trying to determine why a car crashed into the front of two houses and into several parked cars. Sergeant Joe Matteoni says the driver of a Black Dodge Durango was on Cypress Hill Road this afternoon, and may have lost consciousness.

The car hit a brick wall in front of a house on one side of the street, then knocked down a fence about a hundred feet away on the other, then slammed into a parked car which caused a domino effect, and damaged three other parked vehicles. Matteoni says the crash is still under investigation.

One of the three passengers in the vehicle left the scene on foot, and police are hoping to locate her and get a statement. No word on the severity of the injury to the driver. No one else was reported injured.
