Dad Drunk, Kids Hurt in Penn Valley Crash

A drunk driver has been arrested and two kids in his car are injured as the result of a weekend crash in Penn Valley. Sponder was not injured. He’s been charged with felony D-U-I and child endangerment.

Another sad situation where innocent kids are involved. It brings back another situation about 5 or so years ago on Brewer and Highway 49. At that time an innocent child was badly injured and an innocent on coming driver was killed. I hope the time will come when people will think before they act.
