Dahle Holds Town Hall Meeting on Outdoor Issues

Nevada County’s Assemblyman Brian Dahle has a lot of information to take back to Sacramento with him. He was in Nevada City yesterday, hosting a town hall on outdoor issues. The status of all four of Nevada County’s state parks were addressed (Empire Mine, Malakoff Diggins, South Yuba River, and Donner Memorial near Truckee) along with concerns about water contamination and fire suppression. A limited number of questions and comments were taken from the audience, but one got attention when making a counter proposal to the state’s fire fee…
