Dahle says as soon as the immediate threat is over, the legislature will investigate how and why things took place the way they did at the spillway. The line between Dahle’s district and Assemblyman James Gallagher’s district goes right over the top of Oroville Dam, with Dahle’s district on the Lake Oroville side.
