D’Arata Pleads No Contest In ATV Death

A Grass Valley woman has pleaded no contest to causing a fatal ATV crash that happened earlier this year. Walsh says no malice was found in the death of 31-year-old Antonette Thevenin, which was why the murder charge was not filed. The crash occurred during a party at D’Arata’s home in April.
