DC Shooting Incident Disrupts Students Trip

The shooting incident in Washington D.C. also disrupted the annual trip for Magnolia School 8th graders. Emil Baldoni, who regularly appears on “KNCO: Insight”, with gardening tips, has been a chaperone for the students the last 18 years. Another scheduled stop was with Congressman Doug LaMalfa for a personal tour of the House and Senate chambers. LaMalfa is a member of the Republican baseball team. Their practice field was the site of the shooting. LaMalfa did not participate in the practice, due to another obligation.
