Dispensaries, Annexation on Council Agenda Tonight

The Nevada City City Council meets tonight. They are expected to formally approve the ordinance that will allow medical marijuana dispensaries, and will also hold a public hearing on a proposal to annex over 54 acres of property just northeast of the city limits. There’s also a request to place a loading zone in front of Robinson Plaza. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6:30 at City Hall.
