Dispute Moves from K-Mart to Chevron

Wednesday just after 1pm officers were dispatched to the K-MART parking lot regarding a physical  fight between a male and a female.

Sgt. Steve Johnson says officers cleared the scene, but about an hour later numerous reports came in of the couple now at the Chevron Gas station on McKnight way and the female was screaming and the male was choking her.

Officers saw visible injury to the woman’s face and neck and   44 year old John Mark Tillman  was arrested for Domestic Violence and Battery and booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
