Announced candidate for District 4 Supervisor, Fran Cole, who is  running against incumbent Hank Weston in the June 2014 primary, says she decided to run because she is a mother, an  experienced attorney, and “we have had enough of business as usual.” She says her three areas of focus will be economic development , protectiong our communities from fire and protecting our water.

Cole, who is a former President of the Bear Yuba Land Trust served as Chief Legal Counsel of investment management at Charles Schwab, and says she is prepared to tackle the county’s economy.
