A doctor of alternative medicine is facing nine charges and his son two charges related to practicing medicine without a certification and other alleged violations. Harvey Bigelsen and his son Joshua were in Superior Court Monday morning when their attorney referred to a motion to suppress evidence which delayed today’s pre-trial conference. District Attorney Cliff Newell says the motion really isn’t a surprise.
