DMV Launches DMV Answerman

The Department of Motor Vehicles has launched a new web video series to help answer frequently asked questions. Department spokesperson, Jan Mendoza, says the videos are an entertaining way to get information.

Mendoza says the videos were were a creative and inexpensive pilot program based on real questions from real people.

Nine videos were produced for the DMV each one covering a new question from how to get your license to how to register your vehicle. The first video was launched this week.

The DMV plans to roll out a new video once a month for the next eight months.
