Domestic Violence and Kidnapping Arrest

A Nevada City man has been arrested on two felony charges regarding a domestic violence incident that was partly witnessed in public. Fish says the man, 21-year-old Hunter Howe, was eventually detained on Zion Street…

But Fish says one of the woman’s parents called police to say the victim was being treated in the hospital for unknown injuries. Howe was arrested for domestic violence and kidnapping. Fish says he and the victim had been living at the Nevada City Inn, which was where Howe was taken into custody.
