Don’t Feed The Bears

I had the pleasure of speaking with Star of TV’s Wild Justice, one of the few California Game Wardens left in the State and all-around good guy Jerry Karnow this morning. He was exhausted but took my call and we talked about the serious threat to bears when people feed or bait bears in our area.

The bears stories Warden Karnow talked about included the Bear Cubs from North San Juan, the Bear that attacked live stock above Nevada City and and as yet unresolved case of a bear in Penn Valley.
