“Donuts” Lead to Arrest

In another case of what was he thinking, a driver started spinning donuts right in front of the CHP. Officer Justin Barnhouse says a patrol car was in the area of Tyler Foote Road and Oak Tree Road, Tuesday night, when the officers saw head lights coming toward them. Officer Barnhouse says as the car approach the driver started doing circular motions in the car in the middle of the intersection. As the officers turned on their red lights the driver started to flee.
