Dorsey Ribbon Cutting Set for October 23

One more month to go on the Dorsey Drive project. Grass Valley city officials have scheduled Thursday October 23 at 10am for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. More details will be announced at the City Council meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) night. The interchange will not be opened to traffic after the ceremony, however. The opening is tentatively scheduled for the following week.
