Downed Overhead Lines Contribute to Traffic Snarls

Not only did motorists in downtown Grass Valley have to deal with the falling snow, but traffic was also snarled when some overhead lines went down.

Fire Inspector Jeff Wagner says after his department got on scene, it was determined that they were not power lines.

Wagner says the Fire Department did not have any other major incidents during the snowstorm.
