Downtown Halloween Fun Thursday Morning in Grass Valley

The streets of downtown Grass Valley were transformed into a Halloween festival for the youngest children in the area. The Downtown Association Safe Trick or Treat event took place from 10 AM to 1 PM with Mill Street closing for the young trick-or-treaters. Parents were thrilled with all of the activities for their children.

Rough and Ready Firefighter Tim Pettee was there with his fiancee and her daughter also dressed as firefighter.

City Hall was decorated as Candy Land and City Engineer Trisha Tillitson was helping trick-or-treaters win candy.

Children,  parents, and merchants had a great time all morning. The streets were filled with little trick-or-treaters until 1:00 PM.
