Drinking and Hair Adjustment Potential Cause of Collision

A woman driver fixing her hair lost control of her car on Highway 49,  Friday morning, south of Alta Sierra. CHP Public Information Officer Greg Tassone says the a 37 year old Sacramento woman driving a 1999 Toyota when she took her hands off the steering wheel and the car went over a embankment.

Officer Tassone says when the CHP began their investigation they determined the woman was over double the legal limit for driving under the influence.
