Driver Arrested for DUI After Crash on Brunswick

The California Highway Patrol was called to an injury accident in the Rain on Brunswick at Greenhorn Road . Officer Greg Tassone says it was Friday night around 9:15 pm and a Ford Focus sedan was traveling northbound on Brunswick road heading towards the Grass Valley area.

The driver lost control and went off the side of the roadway and down an embankment, causing injury to a female passenger seated in the right front seat.

Fire and ambulance crews were called out and tended to the injured woman. She was transported to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.

The driver, identified as Patrick Donald Webb was charged with felony DUI, he also had three outstanding warrants.
