Drivers Needed for Meals on Wheels

The Meals on Wheels program is in desperate need of drivers to deliver a warm lunch to seniors in the community.  Julie Carrara with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program   says due to illnesses and volunteers going on vacations they do not have enough drivers  to deliver all the meals.  Carrara says volunteers can sign up to be drivers through RSVP  or through the Gold Country Community (Senior) Center.
