Meanwhile, Lake Englebright is at around 90-percent capacity, it’s around 80-percent at Lake Spaulding. But at Bullards Bar, which must also divert more water for fish and for hydroelectric power, it’s at around 55-percent. Davidson also points out there are still plenty of other good recreation options, including swimming, fishing, camping, and hiking.
