Drug Treatment Facility Rennovation In Nevada City

A residential drug treatment facility in Nevada City has been closed since June, but will re-open early next year, after rennovations are completed. And it will also have a new focus. And Heggarty says the facility will dedicate services, including mental help, to the local veterans and homeless populations…

Up to 19 adults will be served, 16 initially. The upgrade is expected to be completed early next year, with the facility re-opening as early as January or perhaps not until March, according to Heggarty. The project is funded through various grants.
