Drugs and Probation Arrests In Grass Valley

Two Grass Valley men on probation are now in more legal trouble. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Bill Smethers says the Narcotics Task Force, along with local police, and Rudiger, the Nevada City K-9, conducted a search at a home on Redwood Drive Tuesday night where 33-year-old Daniel Henley lived. For that discovery, Henley was charged with being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. Smethers says officers then found two plastic containers in a shed behind the home…

Smethers says those were misdemeanor charges. Henley was also charged with a second felony for maintaining a home where drugs are used or sold. Bonilla was charged for two misdemeanors: being under the influence of drugs and violating probation.
