Duct-Taped Woman Somehow Ends Up in Hospital

She didn’t know how she got taped up, how she got to the hospital, or who took her there. Royal says other than being high on meth and under the influence of alcohol, she appeared to otherwise be in good physical condition. No arrests have been made.
