DUI Accident Injures Grass Valley Motorcyclist

Sheehan says the motorcyclist, 40-year-old Joshua Schwartz, struck the right rear of the pickup, causing him to flip over. He had to be flown to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, with moderate injuries. He says Tjensvold fled the scene, but returned a short time later…
