DUI Arrest After Solo Crash On Highway 20

Steele had no other details on the crash. But, according to a description that day on the CHP incident website, the vehicle went up an embankment, overturned, and ended up on its wheels in the eastbound lane, facing west. Steele says Martin had also begun to walk away from the vehicle…

Steele says the accident was quickly cleared, with a minimal impact on traffic.
