DUI Incident Adds Charges to Probationer

The CHP responded to a report of a solo vehicle accident where the driver had left the road and gone down a steep embankment on Houghton Ranch Rd. near Highway 20. CHP officer Greg Tassone says it happened around 7:15 Saturday night. Emergency responders found 29 year old Aaron Lee Wills with minor injuries and his 2001 Toyota 4 Runner crashed at the bottom of an embankment.

Officer Tassone says Wills was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol .

Wills was determined to be twice the legal limit for alcohol. And because he was under felony probation terms for prior offences, he will be facing additional felony charges.
