DUI Injury Accident on Wolf Road Sends Two to Hospital-

A DUI accident on Wolf Road early Wednesday morning sent both the driver and the passenger to Sutter Roseville Hospital  via helicopter. CHP Officer Greg Tassone says the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it entered a tight right hand turn with an advisory speed post of 15 MPH.

Both occupants were wearing their seat belts but still obtained serious injuries to the chest area including internal injuries. It was determined that the driver, 20 year Jorden West of Grass Valley, was under the influence of alcohol as was the passenger Jacob Mallory also 20 from Chino California.
Tassone says the driver was arrested for felony DUI causing serious bodily injury and then released and flown to Sutter Roseville. The passenger was not charged with any crime but was also flown to Sutter Roseville for treatment of his injuries.
