Durham School Services General Manager, Paul Bracco has released the following announcement of Employee of the Month:  I am very excited to announce Lisa Smith for our employee of the month in May. Lisa has only been with Durham School Services for 18 months. In her short time with us she has proven to be a great team player. Lisa’s position at Durham is as a “cover driver”.  A cover driver is very much like a utility player on a baseball team, one that can play any position wherever the need is. Lisa has proven not only is she willing and able to drive any bus of any size, but also drive anywhere we need her to.  Lisa has demonstrated her ability to lead by example and never shies from a challenge, even in the most chaotic moments . Lisa’s energetic enthusiasm inspires those around her and she is truly appreciated.
