Early Halloween Fun in Grass Valley

It’s Halloween and Downtown Grass Valley is swarming with little trick or treaters. The Grass Valley Downtown Association is hosting the Annual Safe Trick or Treating event on Mill St. KNCO’s Hollie Grimaldi-Flores was downtown and ran in to a group of high school students in costume and on the streets- but they weren’t trick or treating. Hollie caught up with Nevada Union High School Athletic Director, Jeff Dellis.
