Early Morning Accident on Highway 20

Fire Officials are saying one man was injured when his Jeep went up a embankment on Highway 20 near Brighton Street early Tuesday morning. Grass Valley Fire Department Battalion Chief Mark Buttron says the 22 year old male driver lost control of his 2004 Jeep at four thirty in the morning. The Chief says the driver was out of the car when firefighters.

The CHP says it appears the driver from Penn Valley, fell asleep as he was driving home the accident remains under investigation.
