Economic Forecast Presentation Thursday

The economic forecast for the upcoming year is being presented this week in Grass valley. The Nevada County Economic Resource Council is hosting a luncheon featuring Dr. Esmael Adibi –a top researcher for economic development at Chapman University.  E-R-C Chair-Elect Lisa Swarthout says its the second year that Adibi has presented in Nevada County.

adibiAdibi’s research includes macroeconomics, financial markets, and regional economics. The luncheon portion of the event is already sold-out , however, Swarthout says that there are still spots available for anyone interested in hearing Dr. Adibi’s presentation at a reduced cost.
The event is from 11:30-1:30 tomorrow at the Grass Valley Veteran’s Building on South Auburn Street.
