The Nevada County Economic Resource Council is making headway on its multi-level plan to increase the economic pie in Nevada County by increasing business opportunities. Executive Director Jon Gregory came on board in January of 2014 and while working with the Board of Directors established a three tier plan to support existing business and entice new businesses to relocate to Nevada County. The first initiative called the Fab 5 is focused on existing businesses that are seeking support. Jon Gregory tells KNCO that so far there a three businesses that have applied to be part of the Fab 5. The first is Gyro-Stabalized Systems or GSS.
