Embezzlement Suspect Has Prior History

Newell had no other details regarding the Yolo County conviction, which occurred in 2001. A bail hearing is scheduled for Thursday, with a special clause requiring Bradford to prove in court that any funds used were legally obtained. Bail had been set at 100-thousand dollars.
