Gassaway faces felony charges of falsifying invoices between 2012 and 2014 for recyclables at the McCourtney Road Transfer Station. And Phillips says since the charges include theft of over $65,000 and theft of over $100,000, Gassaway is ineligible for parole…

Phillips says Gassaway faces a possible sentence of 7 to 9 years, if convicted after a trial. He was also reportedly caught on surveillance footage preparing invoices with no customers around.
