Enough is enough! That’s the message being sent by a juvenile’s parents that were dealing with serious behavior issues. According to Sheriff Keith Royal the parents had been dealing with their daughter who decided she was going to leave the house and in doing so took her parents car.

And taking the car wasn’t the only issue.

The parents requested the daughter be arrested for car theft. The girls was taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall.

In a separate incident, a woman running errands with her live-in boyfriend, asked her boyfriend to swing by a friend’s house so she could check on a pet. The woman, concerned for the animal, wanted to bring the pet back to their house. An arguement ensued and the boyfriend’s behavior escalated.

The woman knew that there was a shotgun in the vehicle.

The woman called to report the location of her boyfriend and deputies found him on Tyler Foote road. When deputies checked 45 year old David Tuter, not only did he have a gun in his waistband, it was discovered he had a 5000 dollar warrant out of Butte County. Tuter was booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on a number of charges.
