Eskaton Homeowners Suing Company

A group of homeowners in Grass Valley’s Eskaton Village are suing management, claiming, among other things, breach of feduciary duty, financial elder abuse, and negligence. The ten-count complaint was filed in Sacramento County Superior Court by Ronald Coley and Karen Lorini on behalf of themselves and several others. Neither side would comment on the record to KNCO, but prosecuting attorney David Diepenbrock did furnish a copy of the complaint, which was filed last November.
